This group coahing program is for the woman who feels unmotivated and disconnected from prayer and needs a jump-start to get going.
It is for the woman who knows God created her to live a full, joyful like and is ready to kick overwhelm and flow in calm and control of herself and her day.
It is for the woman who wants to fall in love with prayer again and get lost in God’s Words.

How the Sacred Morning Challenge works

Week 1
Prayer
For the first week we will learn techniques on how to read the Bible and following a Bible reading prayer plan.

Week 2
Journaling
Week 2 focuses on how to journal effectively and as a way to reduce anxiety and grow closer to God.

Week 3
Silence
Week 3 we will learn about Christian meditation and to be still and listen as the Holy Spirit guides us.

Week 4
Sweat
This week we add movement and exercise to our sacred habit and learn how to strenghten our bodies.

Wrap-Up
Practice
For our last week we will learn how to take our new sacred habit and make it into a sacred rituals you can continue all your life.

Our group will meet once a week for 4v weeks via Zoom to review the topic of the week, get insights and training of how to do it effectively and easily as well as for prayer and community.

Have you ever wanted to journal but not quiet sure how? Together we will learn how to journal and meditate. There is a special activity that you will love – no crafting experience needed.

Meet Eva
The truth is that the reason many of us don’t do the things we know we should do like pray, eat healthy, exercise, get enough sleep, rest, isn’t that we don’t know how but rather because we don’t know how to create the right HABITS.
Sacred habits have been the core part of my life for as long as I could remember and have added a great deal to my spiritual growth and joy.
I created the Sacred Morning Challenge after hearing so many of my friends and those in my community say they don’t have time to do the things they love.
In this Sacred Morning Challenge group coaching program, I share with you everything that I have learned about habits and how you can create rituals that strenghtens your mind, uplifts your spirit and transforms you into the most joyful person you know.

Most frequent questions and answers
What if I can't make the weekly sessions?
The replays from all sessions will be emailed and available in the challenge course so you can go over the material at your own speed. Plus Eva will follow up with you and check in to make sure you are on schedule. No woman left behind!
Will I be working alone or with a group?
Each week we will meet as a group to go over the lifework for that week. You will then implement the lesson throughout the week.
Will this really make me wake up earlier?
The purpose of the Sacred Morning Challenge is to help you want to wake up a little earlier. However every schedule is different so you can work the program into your current schedule.
What is your refund policy?
I will do my absolute best to make this one of the best investments you have made this year. It is my prayer that you will find it not only valuable but transformative as well. When you enroll, you will have access to all the materials in the Sacred Morning Challenge course. Therefore we will not be able to give you a refund after enrollment.
Is this a Bible study group?
While Bible reading is a part of our prayer time this is not a Bible study group. You will, however, get strategies and tips on how to read the Bible without overwhelm.
